Customer Survey Comments: Jerry Elliott is the most courteous, hard working thorough, conscientious individual that I have ever had doing work in/or on my buildings in the 45 years since I purchased them. He should be commended fr his superior work ethics these are qualities today. Fantastic Job!!!! Jerry was great he paid special attention so as not to cause any further damage. He is extremely nice and respectful. We had Christmas Eve guests and we didn’t even know he was here. Jerry is a prime example of excellent customer service. I have never been as impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism that Ryan McAdams brought to our project. Ken & John were positively SUPERIOR! They were extraordinarily SKILLED, COMPETENT, and PROFESSIONAL. They labored non-stop and did a near perfect job of restoring the large basement. Ken is a Master restoration person and an exceptional person. We will definitely refer ProTech to our friends. Technician was helpful & Professional I’m very satisfied with the job and will refer to my friends. NICE JOB! Ryan the tech that cleaned my water damaged basement was very polite and professional. He returned my phone calls very quickly and was very helpful, I would highly recommend him to other people. They did a great job and were very helpful.
