To Whom It May Concern:

On Sunday, November 30, 2008 at 7:00 A.M. we discovered that a bathroom sink had overflowed, soaking carpeting in two bathrooms. Several companies that had taken care of such situations in our condominium where I am a long-time board member did not answer calls this early, even on advertised emergency numbers. I found ProTech Water Damage in the Yellow Pages, my call was answered by a efficient woman who said someone would call back; Mr. B. called back quickly. He arrived promptly, examined the damage in my unit and the one below, explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and the cost – all of which proved to be accurate.

Mr. B. is most courteous, pleasant, honest and efficient. We are pleased with all aspects of the work. We were not at home when he and an assistant returned today; we returned as they were finishing and found our unit effectively in the condition it was prior to the event, with the furniture replaced precisely and the two cable sets reconnected.

I have recommended to our condominium management company and the onsite building manager that we consider ProTech Water Damage and Mr. B. for all future occurrences.
